We plan to have two results that will complement each other

01

Educational Methodological Framework for Implementation of Virtual Reality in Supported Employment and Career Counselling

According to our research, the image of how VR can function in this area is very vague. Counsellors are excited to hear about such a possibility but they are not able to imagine what it is about.

With result 1 and in connection to result 2 we will be able to support their courage to implement new technological ways into their daily practice. They will have a methodological framework of how to implement VR, completed with created VR simulations to explore, read about the whole process and experience of real counsellors in the reports.

02

Collection of Best Practice reports

This collection should illustrate concrete, real examples of how VR works in a daily practice of SE and CC. The more counsellors and providers of SE and CC are willing to implement VR into their practice, the more it will serve for the quality of their services.

The higher the quality of services, the better the chance for the clients' (people with disabilities) inclusion. The client will develop her skills better, the employer will be more inclined to give this person a job and the sustainability of the job for the client will be enhanced.
